It's a tiny bit of meseta pso2 both. The reason why we put it on a different server for your U.S. launch was supposed to restrain the rolling out of their tales and also due to server capacity. The simplicity of play is one of the selling points of the game, and also the space of these servers to the players affects latency, so we knew we wanted to have the servers closer to our gamers in North America. And even though there are hardcore fans [who will play frequently and explore all the articles ] in the North American area, there are still many who aren't familiar with the franchise, and we did not believe it would be fair to release eight decades' worth of content at once. So it is a little bit of both.As you say, PSO 2 did come out eight decades before, and people are wondering why it took so long between the Japanese release and the Western release. Can it be useful to have the ability to develop and optimize for a fixed platform like Xbox One, rather than the myriad permutations that gambling PCs might pose? For the Japanese version it was a multiplatform release, on PC and PS4, so PSO 2 was optimized to offer the best results irrespective of which platform you are playing on. The focus has been on the way to bring out the advantages of the platform.
Are you planning any PSO 2-related merchandise or physical versions for the West? Not currently, however when there is a demand for this, which may change. And if we arrange offline events and we would like to have a merch table, we may look at making merch for something like this. There is not really a channel or a way for selling product, but that might change later on so that we can market our Japanese merchandise to cheap Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta our own North American users. You've already done the Xbox collaboration, where gamers can recreate an Xbox-branded T-shirt in-game. Presumably you've got more crossover articles intended like this?
